For the vacationer
who is looking for a peaceful and
home-like setting this new lakefront
home is the perfect choice. This
gorgeous home boasts the most
comfortable furnishings with
sophistication but yet has that casual
lake living style.
Indoor amenities included a regulation
size slate pool
table, dartboards, foosball,
checkertable, playstation
games on large flatscreen panel, wet
bar, Jacuzzi whirlpool master tub, and a
premium stereo system for your
entertainment.
Outdoors we have the new private dock
and pier on the property, which has
plenty of room to stretch out for
catching some sun, fishing gear, and
docking room for 2+ boats, 2 Jet Ski ez
docks.
We also have our 24 ft pontoon boat, an
18 ft ski boat, or (2) Jet ski 1200XLT
available for rent to complete your
vacation package and enjoy our 2 kayaks
and paddle boat that come with the
house.

By boat, you can get
to the 5+ lakefront restaurants for
lunch, dinner and/or refreshments. By
car, we're just a few miles from
Mooresville NASCAR capital too! Between
Lake Norman and Charlotte the area has
many activities to keep the whole family
having a great time.

We provide plenty of toys for the kids
like board games, bicycles, floats, etc.
Also we have baby cribs, strollers, high
chairs, and about anything you need for
your little ones so you do not have to
pack all those extras--we try to provide
an easy and stress free trip for our
