The vacation theme accent sets your vacation in motion from the moment you step inside. The main entrance brings you into a large foyer which opens the home up to the great room with fireplace, dining room, kitchen, breakfast area, and elegant stone and wrought-iron outdoor terrace. The home has comfortable seating in all the family areas with the dining room table seating 8, the breakfast table for 4, and the kitchen bar area for 3, as well as additional seating on the terrace just off of the kitchen with tables, chairs, and a gas grill.

includes with seating for 8, table area
seating 6 and half bath adjacent to
kitchen. Also on the lower level is a
den, which has a 2nd fireplace with
comfortable seating and one queen

kitchen area with queen bed suite with queen
sleeper and has a full bath; bedroom 8 is off of
the den area with queen bedroom suite. All
bedrooms have TV’s and wireless internet access. |

| The lower level opens up to the backyard and the lake , just outside the door is an outdoor covered patio with an elegant and inviting seating area and outdoor fireplace. From the patio is a sidewalk with a gentle slope to the lakeshore with gazebo, additional outdoor seating and huge fire-pit for nighttime fires under the stars. Adjacent to the shore is the 1000 square foot private dock with room for 3 large boats. The dock has an enormous 2nd level sun/party deck which is like a stage overlooking the panoramic main channel, with lots of seating and chaise lounges for taking in the sun or just relaxing by the water.
